Governance Participation
Participation with defined boundaries
Governance is intended to help eligible participants shape protocol-level priorities without implying ownership of Catholic institutions, product issuers, or their underlying assets.
Protocol scope
Future proposals may address technical parameters, ecosystem programs, reporting standards, and other matters defined by the final governance framework.
Institutional independence
Catholic organizations retain their own legal, ecclesial, and operational authority. Protocol governance does not override that authority.
Implementation status
Voting eligibility, delegation, safeguards, and launch timing remain subject to the final protocol and published governance documentation.
